Founder & Managing Director
With over four decades of industry acumen, Mr Manish Doshi is the visionary force behind Umedica Laboratories. In 1982, he founded Umedica, transforming it from a single manufacturing unit into a global pharmaceutical powerhouse now serving over 85 countries. His subsequent venture, Amoli Organics, established in 1991, became a dominant name in APIs, cementing his profound expertise across both formulations and active ingredients.
A former President of the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA), Mr. Doshi’s influence has been pivotal in advancing industry standards. His enduring commitment to innovation, integrity, and operational excellence forms the bedrock of our company. This powerful legacy inspires our current leadership, who champion his vision of quality and global reach in all they do.
Director & President
Pratik is a Chartered Accountant by education and has experience spanning over a duration of 18+ years.
Pratik is responsible for Umedica’s global business with a key focus on its regulated markets including USA, UK, Europe and Canada.
He is responsible for framing Umedica’s business strategy and growth plans in key markets.
Pratik is also responsible for and has oversight of Umedica’s portfolio, research & development activities and the formulation facility.
President US Business
Dmitrey Kuznetsov joined Umedica in May 2025 with responsibility of leading Umedica’s business in the USA, with a focus on strategic growth.
He brings 30+ years of global pharmaceutical experience with proven strength in P&L management and business leadership.
Prior to joining Umedica, Dmitrey worked for Glenmark as Senior VP of Commercialization. He also worked as Vice President of Commercialization for Sun Pharma and held leadership roles at HD Smith and McKesson with the early part of his career spent at Eli Lilly co.
Dmitrey has a B.S in Pharmacy from the St. Louis College of Pharmacy and a MBA from Washington University
